Four Modalities

Radio Frequency is thermal energy that stimulates collagen while causing the skin to contract. This contraction provides an immediate tightening effect. While you will notice the treatment's tightening effects immediately, the more significant improvement will occur gradually over several weeks or months as the new collagen forms.
Because RF energy produces an electrical current instead of a light source(lasers), tissue damage is minimized, and epidermal melanin is not damaged. This means that RF energies can be used for all skin types and colors.

Ultrasound vibrates tissue to measurably increase cell activity which causes collagen formation to occur. Ultrasonic sound waves act on the body in the following way: they stimulate cells. The tiny massage it produces expands the space in which the cells exist, causing movement of cytoplasm, the rotation of mitochondria, and the vibration of the cell nucleus; it stimulates and expands the cell membrane. It improves local blood and lymph circulation and increases the penetration of skin-enhancing products. Small doses of ultrasound can promote the synthesis of protein inside the cells, helps to regenerate wounded tissues, and promote the synthesis of fiber cells in the body. The accelerated metabolism of the cells changes the pH level of the skin to a more alkaline state and facilitates the absorption of any induced products. The skin visibly lightens and is smoothed.

LED625 nanometer provides a warming effect on tissue that increases blood circulation and triggers healing. Red LED stimulates the metabolism and the removal of toxins and undesirable metabolic deposits. The light causes these cells to release other cellular products. These products  dilate (open) skin capillary blood vessels. The dilation of these blood vessels leads to an increase in blood flow. An increase in blood flow carries oxygen and nutrients to the skin. LED light therapy restores skin's natural cellular activity and promotes tissue regeneration.

Biomechanical vibration provides gentle vibrations that stimulate the muscles. The effects are particularly beneficial for speeding up metabolism by improving the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the tissue for smooth, healthy skin.

Setting for Radio Frequency

Skin Tightening

  1. Hold the unit horizontal with the screen to the left side buttons on the right when viewing the top of the unit.
  2. Press ON (⏻) once. (You will hear a signal/beep. If you cannot hear anything, the battery is too low.)
  3. Press SELECT <> (top button) twice.
  4. Press the ON button twice.
  5. Press the SELECT button twice.
  6. The device will mark the time for you and shut off after 15 minutes.
  7. To turn off your device, press the power button until you hear a beep and the unit turns off.

SETTINGS FOR CIV Ultrasound

Skin Plumping, Collagen Stimulation, Increase of Circulation and Detoxification

  1. Press the power button 4 times
  2. Press the select button 2 times
  3. The screen will display "Grade 03 VIB CV"
  4. If you would prefer to use the pulsing vibraion on the body don't push the select button or just push it once.
  5. Press and hold the power button to turn the device off.

FACIAL TREATMENT

The night before your treatment, drink extra water and avoid alcohol. For best results, the skin needs to be well hydrated.

  1. Drink a tall glass of water.
  2. Begin with clean, dry skin.
  3. Apply Nelly De Vuyst Lifting Peptides to face and neck.
  4. Spritz with Le Mieux Iso Cell Recovery Solution.
  5. Massage using the Curve on CIV setting for 3 to 5 minutes or until the skin is dry. If you would like to massage longer, spritz the skin.
  6. Apply Michele Corley Ultimate Hydration Gel to the skin.
  7. Spend 5 to 10 minutes performing lifting movements using the Curve settings for RF.
  8. Finish with your favorite moisturizer and daily SPF.
  9. When finished, make sure your device is turned off and clean it with an antibacterial wipe..

BODY TREATMENT

  1. Start by cleansing the treatment area.
  2. Apply a thin layer of Body Curve Serum on the area to be treated. Tip: apply the serum daily.
  3. Spritz the skin with Le Mieux Iso Cell Recovery Solution and use the Curve on CIV setting to work the firming serum into the skin.
  4. ApplyLe Mieux O2 Calming Gel.
  5. Spritz the skin with water or Le Mieux Iso Cell Recovery Solution, as needed, to maintain slip. The skin needs to be damp and slippery for the device to be effective.
  6. Using the Curve RF setting, massage in small slow circles for 10 minutes per area.
  7. For best results, use the Curve two to three times per week in each area of concern to set a bench mark.
  8. When finished, make sure your device is turned off and clean it with an antibacterial wipe.

 

Frequency of Treatment

You should treat each area of concern no more than three times per week. You may use the Curve daily, so long as you are not targeting the same area on consecutive days.

Tips

If you feel an occasional shock, this is where you have too much gel. Use a thin layer of gel and spread evenly over the skin.

If doing a short 5-minute treatment, the Curve can be used daily.

If you are using the Curve for deeper lifting, leave one day between treatments and treat each side of the face for 10 minutes.

Charging

Plug in USB cord to charge. Allow 2.5 hours for full charge.

Unit will beep when charge is low and will beep more often as it gets closer to losing the charge completely.

Contraindications

If you have silver fillings, you may get a metallic taste. While a little odd, this is totally safe.

If you have metal implants in the jaw we would recommend finding an alternative device for facial treatments. If you do wish to use the MBK Curve, please stay away from the lower area of your face.

Do not use over braces.
