Illuminare Concealing Mineral Foundation is an oil-free, semi-matte foundation with SPF 20 protection that's perfect for subtly hiding blemishes and redness.
Why We Love It
This formula perfectly serves two roles: first, it's a full-coverage foundation. Seconds, it's an excellent concealer. It's phenomenal at concealing redness, hyperpigmentation, acne, and dark circles under the delicate eye area. And just like all of Illuminare's formulas, it's totally acne-safe!
Comes in five colors (from lightest to darkest): Amalfi Alabaster, Portofino Porcelain, Florentine Fair, Sienna Sun, Tuscan Toast.
Oil-Free | Broad Spectrum SPF20 | Paraben-Free | Cruelty-Free | Vegan | .5oz (15ml)
Who Will Love It
Anyone looking for a foundation and sunscreen that provides extra coverage as a concealer. It's great for anyone with any skin type, from dry skin to oily skin.
Key To Illuminare Formulas
Moisturizing Formula - provides good coverage but is the lightest coverage of the three formulas. It is easiest to apply and blend.
Mattifying Formula - Provides excellent coverage. It lasts 24 hours and withstands water. Some people like mixing the Moisturizing and Mattifying formulas. The Moisturizing helps with application, the Mattifying helps with coverage and staying power.
Concealing Formula - This is a creamy formula that provides more coverage than the Moisturizing Formula. Use sparingly. The finish is beautiful but a teeny-tiny bit goes a long way!

Application Tips For Best Results
Our formulas are very unique and different from anything else you have used before. It is important to use them properly for optimum results. It takes a little getting used to because these formulas have a much higher pigment concentration level than regular, non-mineral foundations. Begin with a clean face and prep skin with a moisturizer if needed.
Only A Pea-Sized Amount Is Needed For A Full Application. Apply Concealing Formula lightly in the areas that you like more coverage.
Concealer Brush
Either squeeze less than a pea-sized amount directly onto the brush and “paint” onto the face and blend, or work in one small spot at a time, adding more product as necessary. You may also use your fingers to apply the foundation or blush onto the face first, and then blend it out with the brush. The brush offers an “airbrushed” effect and more controlled coverage around the eyes, nose, and lips.
Fingers
Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto the tips of your fingers and rub fingertips together to warm product slightly. Pat onto the center of the face and blend outward.
How To Mix Colors & Formulas
If you are mixing two formulas or colors together, simply squeeze a pea-sized amount of each onto either the application pad or the foundation brush and they will automatically do the blending for you! No mess!
- Concealing Foundation can be mixed with either the Mattifying Foundation for a slightly less matte finish with a bit more coverage and longer wear, or the Concealing Foundation can also be mixed with the Moisturizing Foundation for more intense coverage with the added moisture.
- With either the Moisturizing Foundation or the Mattifying Foundation formulas, Concealing Foundation may be used as a concealer for added coverage in problem areas such as dark undereye circles, acne, rosacea, or any type of mild scarring or hyperpigmentation.
- All of the formulas have the same base ingredients, so a combination of formulas would not be visible to the naked eye.
