    I notice a difference with these

    I noticed my skin was breaking out a little more often and I wasn’t sure why. I started taking these again and problem solved. Not sure if I can attribute it to these guys but its been a few months and Im still clear :)

    I always notice a differenxe

    I feel like my skin is more forgiving of when I eat cheese when taking this .. so I love it. I loved all the Hum products and am sad there aren’t as many choices now. Also bummed the “buy 3 get 20% off” is no more.
