I'm about to place an order, when will my order ship?
We are proud that most orders placed before noon ship the same day! The exception is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Orders placed on those days are shipped the next business day.
Fed Ex Overnight orders must be placed by noon PST, in order too ship that day. Fed Ex Overnight orders received after 12 PM PST, ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on the following business day.
What if my item is out of stock?
Despite our resolve to keep all our amazing products in stock, sometimes creams and serums fly off the shelves. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. If any of your products are back-ordered, we will email you with an estimated time of shipping, and let you decide if you want to wait for delivery. We will make every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as we have it in stock.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping is USPS. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business.
4-10 business days USPS First Class orders $39+ FREE
3-5 business days USPS Priority Shipping is available for $12
1 to 6 Business Days Fed Ex Ground is available for $10
2 to 3 day Fed Ex Express is available for $20 - No Saturday delivery. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship on Monday. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday after 12 PM PST will ship the next day.
At this time, Fed Ex Standard Overnight has been suspended by Fed-Ex due to Covid-19.
1 day Fed Ex Standard Overnight is available for $45 - No Saturday deliver. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship on Monday. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday after 12 PM PST will ship the next day.
Shipments to Canada:
All orders to Canada ship via USPS International Mail. Shipping cost ranges from $40 to $60. The customer is responsible for all duty fees.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost.
