I'm about to place an order, when will my order ship?
We make our best effort to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. Fed Ex Overnight orders must be placed by noon PST, in order too ship that day. Fed Ex Overnight orders received after 12 PM PST, ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on the following business day.
What if my item is out of stock?
Despite our resolve to keep all our amazing products in stock, sometimes creams and serums fly off the shelves. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. If any of your products are back ordered, we will e-mail you with an estimated time of shipping, and let you decide if you want to wait for delivery. We will make every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as we have it in stock.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping is USPS. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business.
4-10 business days USPS First Class orders $39+ FREE
3-5 business days USPS Priority Shipping is available for $8.95
2 Day Fed Ex is available for $22. - No Saturday deliver. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship on Monday. Orders placed Monday - Thursday after 12 PM PST will ship the next day.
1 Day Fed Ex Standard Overnight is available for $29 - No Saturday deliver. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship on Monday. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday after 12 PM PST will ship the next day.
All orders to Canada ship via USPS International Mail. Customer is responsible for all duty fees.

Delivery confirmation and tracking number are emailed to you upon completion of your order. You an also find that information in your customer account information. Sign in and visit your account area to opt into receive tracking updates via text messaging.

Wrong Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If your shipment is returned to us, the second shipment attempt will be at customer's cost.
