Healthy Aging Level 1

This is where I start most of my studio clients, especially those that are not used to using professional strength products.

Morning routine

1.            Cleanse: Milk Plus

2.            Exfoliate:  Brightening Scrub in shower (optional)

3.            Tone: Pumpkin Rinse

4.            Eyes, lips and earlobes:  Peptide Eye Cream

5.            Moisturize: Antioxidant Complex (oily), Ultra Hydration (Combo), Exotica Rhodiola (normal) or Amino Peptide Moisturizer (dry)

6.            Sunscreen: Daytime Defense, Sheer Tint Finisher or J.LeClerc Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40

7.            Foundation: Illuma Colour Sheer Mineral Foundation

Evening routine

1.            Remove makeup with a Jane Iredale Magic Mitt or Art of skin Care Lush Cloth and water

2.            Cleanse:  Pumpkin Cleanser or RA cleanser of choice (apply cleanser to dry skin and gently rub into T-zone, get hands wet and use                      water to emulsify the cleanser, rinse with a lush cloth or 4” gauze pad)

3.            Correct:  C Peptide Complex (apply 1-2 pumps to face, neck, and chest)

4.            Moisturize: Growth Factor Gel or Growth Factor Serum Plus (oily or combo), Growth Factor Serum (normal to dry) or Elite eEGF (dry) or                Regenerating Cream (sensitive)

Anti-Aging Level 2

Begin this level if you are already using a retinol serum or after completing a full bottle of C Peptide Complex

Morning Routine

1.            Cleanse:  Milk Plus

2.            Exfoliate: Brightening Scrub (optional 2 to 3 times per week)

3.            Correct:  C Peptide Complex

4.            Nourish & Firm:  Age Less

5.            Eyes, lips & earlobes: Peptide Eye Cream

6.            Moisturize: Antioxidant Complex (oily), Blushed Wine Gel (Combo), Exotica Rhodiola (normal) or Amino Peptide Moisturizer (dry)

7.            Sunscreen: Daytime Defense, Sheer Tint Finisher or J.LeClerc Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40

8.            Foundation:  Illuma Colour Sheer Mineral Foundation

Evening Routine

1.            Remove makeup with a Jane Iredale Magic Mitt or Art of skin Care Lush Cloth and water

3.            Correct:  Rhonda Allison Mandelic Argenine

4.            Correct:  Synergy A or ChronoPeptide A

5.            Nourish: Growth Factor Serum (all skin types) or Elite eEGF (dry) or Regenerating Cream (sensitive)

6.            Eyes & Lips:  Eye & Lip Renew Serum

Anti-Aging Level 3

Begin here if you are using a prescription retinol or after you have finished a full bottle of ChronoPeptide or Synergy A

Morning Routine

1.            Cleanse:  Milk Plus

2.            Exfoliate: Brightening Scrub

3.            Correct:  C Peptide Complex

4.            Nourish & Firm:  Age Less or Peptide 38 Serum

5.            Eyes, lips & earlobes: Peptide Eye Cream

6.            Moisturize: Antioxidant Complex (oily), Ultra Hydration (Combo), Exotica Rhodiola (normal) or Amino Peptide Moisturizer (dry)

7.            Sunscreen: Daytime Defense, Sheer Tint Finisher or J.LeClerc Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40

8.            Foundation:  Illuma Colour Sheer Mineral Foundation

Evening Routine

1.            Remove makeup with a Jane Iredale Magic Mitt or Art of skin Care Lush Cloth and water

2.            Cleanse:  Pumpkin Cleanser or RA cleanser of choice

3.            Correct 1st layer (optional for skins wanting more exfoliation):  Rhonda Allison Mandelic Arginine or Skin Smoothing or Skin Refine

4.            Correct:  Retinol Supreme (normal to dry) or Salicylic Serum (oily or blemish prone)

4.            Nourish/Repair:  Sea Gems

5.            Moisturize: Infuse 7, Grape Seed Hydrating Serum or Hydra Complex

6.            Eyes & Lips:  Eye & Lip Renew Serum

All Levels - Neck and Chest

Neck and chest concerns should be treated with Peptide 38 and Bio Reform 28

Instructions for using Retinol Correctives

Start by using Retinol Supreme, Organic A or Salicylic Serum every night. You may experience redness, dryness and flaking on day 3 or 4. Let your skin rest for a day or two and then resume using your Retinol Corrective every other night. Retinol is an active corrective that requires special care. Some clients may use nightly and others once or twice a week. It is best to use at night after a thorough cleansing. It is normal to experience redness, dryness, and flaking at various stages of using a Retinol corrective. Once the skin exfoliates it will rebound and replenish.

I recommend that you top your retinol corrective with a few drops of Sea Gems.   This will reduce the likely hood of any unpleasant irritation during the adjustment period.

I recommend working up to using a retinol corrective 5 nights per week.  Leave your retinol corrective at home when traveling or vacationing.

For some it may take up to 90 days for skin to adjust to these correctives.  Typically, the more damaged the skin the more flaking you will see.  Some clients find they use their corrective nightly and only experience flaking once or twice per year… every skin is different.

Summer Season - ChronoPeptide A

Sensitive Skin types - SynergyA

Dry, Aging or Sun damaged - Retinol Supreme with Sea Gems

Oily or enlarged pores or allergic to shell fish - Salicylic Serum

 

Skin Brightening

Morning routine

1.            Cleanse: Skin Brightening Cleanser (massage into dry skin, add water to emulsify, then rinse with Lush cloth)

2.            Exfoliate: Skin Brightening Scrub (2-3 times per week, in shower)

3.            Tone/Brighten:  Brightening Pigment Lotion/Toner (Apply with 2” pad working into skin, this is amazing.)

4.            Correct/Brighten and Firm:  C-Peptide Serum

5.            Moisturize: Antioxidant Complex (oily), ultra Hydration (Combo), Exotica Rhodiola (normal) or Amino Peptide Moisturizer (dry)

6.            Sunscreen: Daytime Defense or J.LeClerc Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40

Evening routine

1.            Cleanse: Foaming Peptide Cleanser (apply as above)

2.            Tone:  Brightening Pigment Lotion

3.            Correct dark areas: Skin Brightening Gel on areas of dark pigmentation

4.            Correct:  ChronoPeptide A or Synergy A

5.            Nourish/Repair:  Growth Factor Gel or Growth Factor Serum Plus (oily or combo), Growth Factor Serum (normal to dry) or Elite eEGF                   (dry) or Regenerating Cream (sensitive)

6.            Treat eyes: Peptide Eye Cream

Weekly:  Skin Brightening Enzyme (or another RA enzyme) should be used once per week, leaving on the skin for 20 minutes and following with Natural Mega Brightening Serum or Brightening Gel and Growth Factor Serum...

Brightening Cream Enhanced may be used in the Pm for added moisture and brightening. Sunscreen is your best friend, find one that you love and apply it daily!

Dry Sensitive Skin

Morning routine

1.            Cleanse: Gentle Milk Cleanser

2.            Tone:  Lifting Tonic (Apply with 2” pad, gently working into skin)

3.            Correct: C Stem Cell Serum

4.            Nourish & Firm:  Peptide Primer (for firming, collagen stimulation and reduction of fine lines)

5.            Eyes, lips and earlobes: Peptide Eye Cream

6.            Moisturizer:  Amino Peptide Moisturizer

7.            Sunscreen: Daytime Defense, Sheer Tint Finisher or J.LeClerc Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40

Evening routine

1.            Cleanse: Foaming Peptide Cleanser can be mixed with Pumpkin Cleanser for PM.

2.            Correct: Mandelic Arginine

3.            Eyes, lips and earlobes: Peptide Eye Cream

4.            Moisturize/Repair: Regeneration Cream

Blemish Prone

Morning routine

1.            Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanser

2.            Tone: All Purpose Cleansing Pads, Beta Green Tea Lotion or Raspberry Toner (Apply with 2” pad.)(Listed from strongest to gentlest)

3.            Correct: Blemish Serum

4.            Hydrate and protect: Ezinc Protection Cream mixed with 1 pump Blemish Serum

Evening routine

1.            Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanser

2.            Ice Face for Two Minutes – on inflamed breakouts.  Ice reduces inflammation and allows toner and Blemish Complex to penetrate                       better.  Pat dry after icing.

3.            Tone:  All Purpose Cleansing Pads, Beta Green Tea Lotion or Raspberry Toner

4.            Heal and Hydrate with Growth Factor Gel (allow to dry)

5.            Correct:  Blemish Complex with BPO Rx - Apply a thin layer to affected area avoiding eye and neck area.  May be used to spot treat but                works best if applied to the entire blemish prone area every night.
