What is your return policy?
I hope that you love everything that you order from Art of Skin Care. There are no refunds but you can return any unopened product within 30 days for an online credit. This credit can used on a future purchase. Returned items do incur a $5, processing fee, per item.
Send your return, insured and prepaid through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Include your packing slip or invoice and the reason for your return. Shipping fees are nonrefundable on returns.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs on your order, you must report the damage or error to us within 24 hours. Keep all shipping and packaging materials because I may have to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. I can then issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damage or send you a replacement.

Every page that requires personal and credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. This special digital certificate encrypts credit card numbers and confirms that we are a secure & authorized site.
Credit Card Use:
I accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal for online purchases. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If your credit card is declined for any reason, your order will be automatically cancelled.
