Getting Started
Once you make your purchase, our comprehensive skin evaluation questionnaire will be available in your online account. It asks every question we need to get to know your skin and lifestyle so we can begin creating a personalized plan just for you. You will also receive instructions on how to send us photos of your skin. These photos are crucial for helping us evaluate your skin and make the best possible recommendations to help you achieve your goals. Be sure to have clean skin, use natural lighting, and use a variety of angles.
