Face Reality Glycolic Acid Serum 10%
Face Reality 10% Glycolic Acid Serumis an exfoliating serum for blackheads and adult maturation arrest acne.
Why We Love It
For really stubborn blackheads and "pebbles" under the skin, nothing compares. This 10% alpha-hydroxy acid serum exfoliates dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. This helps eliminate these types of acne and keeps further breakouts at bay. It's great as a whole-face solution or as a quick spot treatment for specific areas. Clear skin is on the way!
1 oz.
Who Will Love It
Anyone who has completed one bottle of 5% Glycolic Acid Serum and still hasn't achieved complete results. Oily skin types will have a better time with this serum, as it may be too drying for dry or sensitive skin.
Glycolic acid has the smallest molecular weight of all the alpha-hydroxy acids and penetrates the pore more quickly than other acids.
Recommended Use
After using cleanser and toner, apply 2-3 pumps evenly across your clean face or the affected area.
Studio Tip
We recommend starting with Face Reality 5% Glycolic Serum. Once you have completed that bottle, if you are still experiencing blackheads and pebbles or excess oil bump to the 10% Glycolic Serum. If you are experiencing dry skin or inflammation, do not bump to 10%. Face Reality Glycolic Serums may be layered under Mandelic Serums, Vitamin A Correctives, or Acne Med as prescribed by your AOS Acne Specialist.
Follow with Face Reality Hydrabalance, Clearderma, or Cran-Peptide and Face Reality Ultimate SPF. Glycolic acid causes sun sensitivity. Do no use this serum without sun protection. Do not wear glycolic serums on days that you plan to be outdoors all day.
