Recommended Use
Take 2 to 3 capsules per day in divided doses. Usually 3 for the first few months and then 2 per day after that.
Only 1 capsule per day is recommended during pregnancy.
Estro Block and Liv D-Tox are both recommended when taking hormonal birth control.
Always take bioflavonoids when taking Estro-Block.
The Indole-3-Carbino, when boosted with bioflavonoids, is excellent for reducing negative forms of estrogen that are stored in the liver.
Studio Tip:
We have noticed that people with fuzzy hair or peach fuzz on the face tend to like the Delgado Protocol DHT Block rather than Estro Block. Those with PCOS or ovarian cysts should look at the DHT Blocker supplement instead.
