Blackheads

Those that are prone to blackheads tend to have sticky sebum. Here are some tips for those with sticky pores that lead to blackheads:

  1. For internal support, add Pure Encapsulations O.N.E Omega to your diet.
  2. Give the skin a deep cleanse once or twice per week with a stronger cleanser.
  3. Boost exfoliation with the natural acids found in our peel pads.
  4. Adding a weekly clarifying mask is very helpful for reducing congestion in the pores. Consider a mask with beneficial clays that act as magnets to pull cellular debris from the pore.
  5. For chronic blackheads, consider adding a retinol serum to your routine three nights per week.
