This is an excellent cleanser for lightly blemish prone skin and especially skin that tends toward blackheads.  Reduces blackheads and blemishes. Not for inflamed acne. Inflamed acne should not use a granular cleanser. I recommend Face Reality Acne Wash for inflamed acne.
