I'm about to place an order, How long will it take to get my purchase? 
I ship USPS on all of our orders.  Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon PST on the date your order is entered into our system.  Please note that order processing takes place from Monday through Friday. In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Please Note: Because your order is processed as soon it is received, I am unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been received.  All products available only while supplies last.  If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me

Backorders:
Despite my resolve to keep all my amazing products in stock, sometimes creams and serums fly off the shelves.  I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.  If any of your products are backordered, I will e-mail you with an estimated time of shipping, and let you decide if you want to wait for delivery.  I will make every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as I have it in stock.

Do you ship to countries outside the USA? 
Unfortunately at this time I do not ship internationally.  As I continue to grow, I hope to include our global neighbors.

If merchandise arrives damaged or if an error occurs on your order, you must report the damage or error to us within 24 hours. Keep all shipping and packaging materials because I may have to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. I can then issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damage or send you a replacement.

Return Policy: 
I hope that you love everything that you order from Art of Skin Care. Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. I cannot accept any returns on skincare products that are more than 20% consumed   Should you be less than pleased with anything else you've ordered, please return it within 30 days with your original receipt, and I'll be happy to refund your purchase or send an alternate product.  All refunds are credited to the original payment method.  No cash refunds.  Send you package, insured and prepaid through UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Include your packing slip or invoice and the reason for your return.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable on returns.

Credit Card Use: 
I accept VISA and MasterCard for online purchases.  The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved.  If your credit card is declined for any reason, your order will be automatically cancelled.
