Soothing Hydrating Toner contains aloe and rose distillate along with black willowbark and tea tree to make this a mild hydrating toner great for all skin types, especially dry and/or irritated skin.

Use
After cleansing, apply a small quantity on a gauze pad and wipe over the face and neck.
